I had bought this product from Flipkart through WS retail about 2 and a half months back. The product was delivered on time and on the date I had requested. The product was delivered in an excellent condition and was handled by 4 people for loading and unloading! The delivery guy asked me to check for defects and was pointing out the usual look out points. In a few hours time the technician from Whirlpool arrived and helped me setup the washing machine along with a rundown on the features and a demo. The machine is fantastic and has been running smoothly all along. I have used all the wash programs and all possible combinations available and found them all to be working exactly as described / required. The only drawback I found was that there is no option to add a fabric conditioner or fabric whitener during the wash cycle. it has to be done manually by opening the lid when required. I think that feature may be available in the more expensive models. Overall, I am happy with the product and it certainly seems like a durable and well built product. I would recommend this product to any one with a need for a good and simple washing machine.

Our 10 years old Whirlpool whitematic WM stopped working and we decided to buy Whirlpool WM again because of its excellent service. I am a regular online buyer and checked it on flipkart. Liked the offer with exchange bonus and placed the order. Delivered as per the schedule and requested time slot by flipkart. While installing the WM by Whirlpool service engineer it was found that there was a dent in front and damaged plastic under the Washing Machine. Called flipkart immediately and informed about the same. Thanks to Flipkart for placing replacement order immediately and got the fresh WM after 2 days. This one is working perfectly. Menu options are very simple like they mentioned 1 2 3. Wash quality is very good. Needless to say - Whirpool is one of the best Washing machines available in Indian Market. And Flipkart service - Excellent.. One suggestion-Wooden packing will protect heavy items like WMs, AC etc and please check this option for packaging. I agree there will be more costs but you can save replacement cost.

So far I have no issues. The machine is good and I feel is worth the money that was paid for it. I use it like 2-3 times a week and as this is my first time with a washing machine, I am confident that I am having a positive experience so far. The noise levels are ok and at times does get a bit loud but I think it may be due to the load or the uneven palcement of the clothes inside. It is definitely more noisy compared to Samsung ( my friend has one) but it is not a deal breaker when price is factored into the equation. Will update the post after the machine completes a year or so.

Flipkart's delivery is very good. Machine is just awesome. Its an intelligent machine with smart sensors it washes clothes quickly. Performance i would give 5/5, looks and features 5/5. Best machine one can buy at this price. My house is at second floor and the machine was delivered at my doorstep without any cartage which is another benefit of purchasing product online. Installation was also done on the same day by whirlpool that again gets 5/5.

Bought 3 years ago the spins are imbalanced and it moves over a random radius of 2 meters during spins Had to change LCD screen after warranty period twice costing 4000Rs Most funny thing is the guy who came to repair says screen shouldn't get wet. How is this possible?

Everything is good, only the spinning is imbalanced and it makes huge dhad dhad noise. This is the only drawback

Huge water grabbing product and time taking too, for assistance the service person gave a huge list to buy things from there end.ridiculous!!!

This product is very poorly designed. So much so, that when it starts spinning, your neighbors might complain to you about all the noise that js coming feom your house. The chrome finish starts rusting very soon and it looks ugly after just a few months. The washing modes are non-customisable. For example you cannot set the amount of soak time or the wash time. You cannot just run a rinse cycle, it will always run rinse and repeat. From a long term usage point of view, don't go for a cheap solution when you are able to get a much better machine for just a few extra thousand rupees.

Good product within reasonable budget. Just buy the product. Worth buying.
