received the product before time. nice packaging. awesome delivery service and product. product is working as expected. worth the money. got a teslar tempered glass and signature type cover keyboard for it. i've been using the device for almost 40 days now and works like a charm. except there is a dead pixel just above the taskbar on the right side of the display which is not visible on darker backgrounds but quite visible on white backgrounds. Don't know what to do about it since the return policy ended last month. Not much of a problem but you don't except it if you are giving hefty amount of money. i just hope it's the last dead pixel i see on the display. beside that tiny problem everything seems perfect as of now.

Some pro's and con's • Pros 1. Excellent Display. 2. Light weight. 3. Readability on the device is good. Text are super clear. 4. Charger got an extra USB port for charging mobiles 5. Win hello sign in works flawlessly even in dark. 6. Boot up is real fast, due to ssd 7. No over heating noticed, 8.Nice touch and good looking. 9. Strong kick stand. 10. Audio is loud but normal quality. • Cons 1. Battery backup is 5 hour 2. Lack of ports like Lan, hdmi. 3. Not confirm about service centre in India 4. Surface keyboard have to be purchased separately 5. Not able to work properly keeping it on the lap. Best way is working on a table or as a tablet in hand.

Fantastic portable device for light use. Emails, excel kind of work. Great for business school use. The display is awesome. watching movies is a delight.

I have completed watching all 7 seasons of Game Of Thrones on this PC (1) Bright & vivid picture quality (2) Sufficient quality sound (3) Good battery back up ( I have seen 3 hours of episodes in a single run) (4) No heat up issue (5) u have to give some time to acclimate with touchscreen, after that all works smoothly (6) my 3 years old daughter loves to draw colors on touchscreens, it gives me joy when she see her fingers everytime when she changes color :-) (7) Face detection login (8) only one cons which I think is it's delicate structure, u have to take a great care of it while handling.

Type cover and pen are not included ( extra 20k) Make sure model is 1796, (2017 model battery backup is good) Flipkart did an amazing job in delivering product aptly.

After 2months Surface Pro without type cover looks and like a tablet, you will need to purchase the Surface Type Keyboard (Rs 12,999 FFP Alcantara & Rs 10,999 QC Pro 4 ) for look like a laptop it is costly.
