Very nice product...i was wonder that why the people speak that tcl is not good...please believe me this product is awsome in very low price..its 4k picture quality,its dolby sound etc. Means it has everything which we want in a smart tv... So if anyone want to buy this you can buy,dont be hesitate...because before purchasing i was also hesitating but when this product reached to me i was glad that product is really very nice as described

Great TV. Awesome Android Feature. Pros. Excellent Design. Awesome video quality when play he channel or 4k Videos from usb drive. Early play HD Movies from my 2TB external HDD Easily install original YouTube App from Google Play Store. Very fast mobile cast on TV. And other feature. cons: No dedicated Air mouse but can buy separately from online.

Picture clarity and build quality is very good and up to the mark. But they didn't keep up the standards in smart applications. Apps hang or don't work some times and we have to do factory reset to get them working again. Over all, it is work the price but could improve a lot in smart apps.

The tv seeemd to be good with its features...but soon a black line appered vertically on the screen..i called up the tcl customer care but havent received any update from them on this issue sice 3 months now.The tcl customer care sucks. Flipkart as for you please stop selling products for which there wont be any help from that vendor.I am now completely stuck here with this and not even having the option to return it.Just pathetic of TCL customer care and flipkart being involved with this vendor is really not acceptable
