I am writing this after using for a week and I don’t have any reason to complain. I also have another LG 5 Start 1.5 tone and I don’t see much difference. Very much value for money, it works better than expected! It was delivered on time but installation was delayed for 3 days so I get it done from third party. Anyway it cost me the same so I don’t have any issues with installation not done as scheduled. This is an cost effective AC(checked all the online and Retail Stores), Flipkart offer was good. However the guy from the LG customer Care suggested to buy from the retail store or showroom. Thanks to Flip kart customer Care for excellent support - Delivery in two days and Installation in a Day and confirmation about the warranty details Now coming to the technical details of this AC : Pros: 1. Good for 100 to 150 SqFt room, and cools within 15 to 20 minutes 2. Thoughtful options in the remote control Cons: 1.Indoor unit is bit noisy compared to other models 2.Connection pipes are not exactly 3M as advertised (this is the same in the retails shops also) So far, it's only two days, not sure about the electricity bill , once i get that, will update the same

AC is great. Brings down room temperature from 27°C to 18°C in 30 minutes. Has a inbuilt stablizer. Consumes 3-4 kwh units for 8 hours running per day which makes it quite economical. Flipkart installation was quite pathetic . They took 6 hours to install and then the gas starts leaking. Next day an expert came from Flipkart and fixed it in 1 hour. This is my 4th unit purchased. I'm happy with the product. Very very silent, even whiter than a ceiling fan. I have installed it in 14x15 room top floor in Delhi and it working good. If you looking for chilling room than go for 1.5 ton. I prefer for cool room and not feel to be sitting in a refrigerator.

I ordered the product and got the delivery on time. About the AC, its very effective and damm silent. The remote works pretty well too. Overall a good buy.******* #### Do not wait or trust Flipkart for the installation, even if you keep on reminding them the will simply advise to wait till last hour of the 3 days time given, And it doesn't happen that way, every body knows that.Their Jeeves service provider can still call whenever they want and give their our own relaxed date for the installation. SO call the LG call center, they will do is ASAP.

Installation was pathetic , not well trained technicians they are not from Lg brand. Looks like they are from third party atlast I was able to get installed , need to check how it performs and good luck with your purchase.Will post review after one month...
