so no techy review here simple and straight I was skeptical since there were a lot of complaints on other forums abt the laptop but when the parcel arrived it was in good condition thanks to Acer's packing though Flipkart's packing wasn't horrendous it was not that good too for a laptop well no damage was there so no problem from that perspective and the performance is good although it is a fingerprint magnet for sure laminate it maybe but don't add on a skin as it will ruin the looks of this beast and the price point I got it for is amazing it was 74k like srsly that's an awsm deal it's anyway a win win deal if you get it for below 88 k not above that also the brightness is good and almost everything is great bang for the price will soon update after 2 months of usuage about the gaming and other things...please like this if u found it helpful..

Great laptop for gaming at least upcoming 3 years games , amazing Dolby sound Acer did best, plus Nivida 1060 Combo best for gaming and multitasking in cheap price

The best laptop I've ever used in my life. I got this laptop for an unbelievable price. You'll never find a laptop with 16gb RAM and a GTX 1060 under 1.2Lakhs(without any offers). The quadcore i5 processor just breezes through all daily tasks like web browsing, note-making and especially programming. The only difference between this model of i5 7300HQ and i7 7700HQ is hyperthreading and few hundred MHz slower clock speed. Therefore you won't find much difference in real life tasks unless you are very serious about video editing or any other multi threaded applications. I've tested games like CSGO, PUBG, Rise of The Tomb Raider and GTA V at high settings at 1080p and I got 60+fps consistently. I'm pretty sure that this laptop can pretty much handle any AAA title you throw at it. The fans get noisy while playing highly demanding games, but that helps in keeping the CPU and GPU cool. The screen is really good. The viewing angles are great. Color accuracy could've been better. The trackpad is really good as it uses the windows precision drivers. I haven't checked the battery life as I've been using this laptop plugged in all the time. SSD included is really fast. Windows boots up in just 5 secs! The overall build quality of the laptop is top-notch. It looks really cool. I would've loved to have an RGB keyboard but the red lighting looks cool too. Flipkarts packing was pathetic but can't complain about that as they provided me with such a great deal! Acer's packing was just amazing. Unboxing was a great experience. Update 22/01/18:- The battery life is around 4 hours at lowest brightness and while performing light tasks. The CPU and GPU temperatures reach 80-90 (fans at Max rpm)degree Celsius while playing games like GTA V and PUBG. I would recommend users to update the bios which is a fairly easy process and improves the overall performance of the laptop.

Awesome specs for the price. but I feel there should be a variant with 1tb HDD and 256gb SSD.

the only problem is with the display ,it is not bright enough. other than that its an awesome laptop

Timely delivery, good packaging. I was skeptical since the product on sale (given specifications) was not being advertised officially by Acer. But the specs were as described. Body gets a little warm while gaming, but that's understandable since the chassis is metal. Overall, it's a good buy for the price during discounts.

Heating problem is the only issue I faced. Outherwise it's an awesome deal

This laptop has excellent value for money. I was really concerned about the display of this laptop from reading other reviews. But I personally felt this display is pretty great. It may not be accurate enough for graphic designers, but it looks pretty dope enough for all other usage scenarios. I tried out Hellblade, Assassin's Creed Unity, Witcher 3, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Rise of the Tomb Raider on the laptop so far, and all of them gave at least 50 fps on ultra settings. I prefer playing on my LED TV or my external monitor, and I'm pretty satisfied so far. Booting up is fast thanks to the SSD. I haven't used it enough, to talk about the battery life. The laptop do gets warm after some gaming. But that's normal, and it's preferable to raise the laptop somehow to improve air flow and cooling. I use a laptop cooler. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Update after 1 month of use : The laptop gets hot after playing demanding games at ultra settings. Expect temperatures to hit 70-80°C. But that's okay and normal. Playing in an air conditioned room is better for long gaming sessions at ultra settings. I really love the Acer PredatorSense app, that allows you to overclock the GPU (responsibly) and control CPU and GPU fan speeds. I installed all essential apps like Chrome, MS Office, Photoshop etc on the SSD and boy, do they load up fast! The 16 gigs of RAM also helps and futureproofs this laptop. It's more than sufficient for most applications. Real world battery life would be 3-4 hours if you just browse web, watch videos, YouTube etc. You can squeeze out 5 hours of battery life if you put the laptop in battery saver mode, turn off RGB lighting and bring down screen brightness a few notches. I do not recommend gaming on battery. It's just so bad. Overall, I love this baby. There's nothing to complain. At a price less than Rs 1 lac, you can't ask for more! It doesn't get better than this.

Its a beast. You've got to have this one, it can run all triple A titles at high settings 1080p without breaking a sweat. I grabbed it at a discounted price, it was a steal. It comes with a 1 year warranty but acer with it's summer offer which gives you 1 year accidental cover + 2 yrs extended onsite warranty and an acer predator gaming headset/mouse at Rs. 6000

Truly wonderful product, runs all recent Games very smooth that demand Strong GPU at Ultra settings. Tested games like Assassin's creed Origins, kingdom Come Deliverance & Tomb Raider. When Flipkart initially delivered product with damaged package thought I was done and will never do an online shopping. But when I complained to Flipkart they did an awesome job in replacing it with a proper one in time frame that was mind blowing. Great Job Flipkart.....
