We have only had this product for a few days now, but we are pretty impressed. Cooling is excellent in spite of the fact that our apartment has a pretty open design and so has a cool a large area. Bought two, the other one for a commercial space and so far it seems to work even better than the Mitsubishi a/c that is replaced at a much lower cost and much better specs bought over 7 years ago. Mobile app works and we are yet to hook up Alexa, will update once that is done. The installation was a breeze (no pun intended :), and though we were prepped to negotiate with the installation company, it proved unnecessary. They were most professional, told us what it would cost upfront and charged us exactly what was mentioned on the Flipkart order. Installation was completed on the second day post delivery. They only charged a reasonable extra amount for removing the existing a/c unit. Kudos to Electrocool in Trivandrum! I used the EMI option, and there was a good discount on the card transaction as well. So, essentially it was like the whole transaction cost was split over a year without any interest. All in all, a great deal on a great piece of equipment. Only the cost of maintenance needs to be seen now. I have spent roughly 25% of the cost of the equipment over the 7+ years that I had the Mitsubishi in the heavy-usage commercial space, hoping this one beats it.

Panasonic needs to work on design. I used ac of Panasonic from 12 years... Even after 12 years same designs

The AC is very good. Purchased it in May, 2024 and writing the review in August, 2024. The AC is good and cooling is also very powerful. The features are also good like the Wifi control.

Delivered before scheduled time, installation team also contacted next day and installed.Installation process completed smoothly.No problem neither in delivery nor for installation.Product is performing good till now.
