This is my first DELL laptop. overall laptop body is very strong & good finish. keyboard is very smooth & easy for typing with fast speed. screen is very nice. picture quality is very fine u can work in light or outside no reflection due to anti glare screen and it is good for eye. 4gb ddr4ram & 1tb hdd is good for this price. i get this laptop with exchange offer (4000rs.), bank 10%discount (1500rs) , free logitech wireless mouse (745rs) , free ms office (6000rs) so its big deal for me with great product. i replace hdd & upgrade with samsung evo 850 250gb ssd .speed is blazing fast . in just 10 sec windows start. 1tb hdd use as a external storage. in future i want add 4gb ram more as per my need. 14inch laptop is good for handling & for travel. ms office activation is very easy , windows 10 is very genuine. so guys dont wait go for it with best brand.

I brought this laptop because I already have a dell latitude and I'm very impressed by it. By its looks it's performance it's sturdiness everything. I still pride on my Dell latitude. I brought this inspiron for my child with the same assumptions. But I'm really disappointed by it. Simply putting this inspiron was a dampner. Never felt like its from dell. 1. This laptop is pathetically slow. Not sure if Windows 10 can run on i3 4GB machine. Even with minimum applications running the memory consumption shows 90% the HDD use 90% processor utilisation 90% . 2.The build is not as great as my Dell latitude. The plastic is cheap. The finishing is okay. 3. Not worth spending 30k for this. Look for better alternatives if possible. I haven't yet figured out the problem is with Dell inspiron or Windows 10 on i3 4GB. whatever be the case Dell should not put such piece on their portfolio and earn bad name for their brand.

Very good product. Got at Rs 28000. 2000rs cashback by using Axis bank Debit Card. Sound is bit okay. All over the product is good,comes with windows10 and MS Office Pre Installed. This is the plus point of DELL. HP does'nt give MS Office Pre installed at this price range. Also got the Diwali offer of extending warrenty at INR 999 for 2years. And the delivery was very Fast. And 14inch is compatable than 15.6 inch. Battery backup is good.

Iam reviewing this after using this laptop for 21 days. I am 90% satisfied with this product. Many of the buyers mentioned that the usb ports are too tight, i also felt the same. The two usb ports on the left side a little tight than usual ports but the other one on the right side works just fine. But you can ignore that because it doesn't posses much problem for me so far. About the speed, speed is average which is also ok with me. I won't refer it as 'slow' but it could have better. It all gets my work done. About the touchpad, i also felt that it doesn't work sometime but anyway I don't like touchpad so I have a usb mouse.

Flipkart service was very much appreciable, delivered item at said time in safe condition. I got this computer in a good price with axis bank 10% cash back offer. Thanks Flipkart for great offer. Received laptop in good condition, but screen was showing minute scratch mark from inside screen only visible when white screen shows. That seems to be a factory rejected product. But when comparing with this much discount that is negligible. Performance of the laptop is under observation.

Not as per expectations. Works so slow . Ram being 4 GB it's not working cool! I3 processor can't handle multitasking and multiprocessing. Wow that's too bad because my pc got everything this lappy got and it works so well ! Please go on another product ! Dell please have a worthy product ! Really sad to work on the lappy of such known company' !

Bought this laptop during diwali sale, though got it at good price but it's damn slow laptop, excel sheet takes minimum 2 minutes to open irrespective of size, startup takes more than 5 minutes. Tried selective start up also but didn't work, even tried disabling anti-virus but of no use. Suggest not going for this laptop if u want to use it on daily basis and ur work is dependent on laptop.

One good feature is that it uses i3 6th generation, 4GB DDR4 Ram compared to DDR3 by other laptop in same price range. DDR4 is almost double as fast as DDR3. Battery life is also good. While watching 720p movie around 4 hrs, while browsing around 2.5-3hrs , and otherwise upto 5 hrs. So pretty good for battery Other features are expected for this price range. 1 year Laptop loss Warranty is a good feature.

It is too slow..it will take more than 4 mins to land on google home page on chrome brower after start your computer. Mouse pad is worst..don' t go by just the configurations.... configurations wise is good....but on field practically works like a tortoise
