I ordered for an HTC Desire 816G(OCTA CORE)16GB mobile phone as per the details that was displayed on the flipkart website but i received an 8GB HTC Desire 816G(OCTA CORE).

This is superb mobile, If I could say is a power pack phablet, so I am not wrong. It is a superb awesome mobile, Hardware & software combination is powerful and you can use everyone their OTG pendrive, Super cool design Thanks HTC to design & manufactured this mobile cum tablet & Thanks to HTC to give me this mobile in 18000 thousand. Flipkart & seller service is too good I ordered on flipkart on 6th april and received my mobile on next day without paying one day delivery service charge.

Bought this phone for wifey, two weeks back. She went to the store, and kept her finger straightaway on this model--the blue one--'coz she simply loved it. Great looks, great specifications (except that I feel that RAM could have been 2 GB for this money). Boom sound speakers are amazing too. Crystal clear sound, with rich bass. Screen size, battery, display ... all are amazing. HTC, increase the RAM a bit, and there will be nothing to beat this! I am deducting one star for the RAM. So, four stars from me.

I've been using this phone for about a month now, here are few pro's and con's Pro's- -Wonderful display and smooth HTC sense UI. -Good front and rear camera (In good lighting) -No lag experienced so far ; quick boot time 8 secs -Good storage of 16 Gb (available is 11.5 Gb) -OK battery life ( with WIFI usage ,lil bit of gaming ,etc it gives about 15-17 hours) -Good sound quality of speakers Con's- -Glossy back cover ,Magnet for scratches and fingeprints - Double tap feature to unlock screen not available ( its imp for a phone with 5.5 inch display) -1 GB RAM..(wish it was 1.5 Gb) - In low lighting ,pics are not that great -Earphones are not plugins and they suck big time -It heats up (not alarmingly) after 20-25 mins of gameplay like most of the other phones. Yeah its not a perfect phone, but i just love its slick design, looks classy and I dont a give a crap about the performance.

you can surely go for it,htc sense was just class,user interfarence was perfect,display is crisp,but back is glossy thats not a problem u can use the back covers etc,after htc one it is a one of the best phone ever,camera was good for selfie same as rare camera feels like out of this world,if you searching an brand with benefits so surely u can go with htc desire 816G octacore.

I just bought HTC and I am satisfied by its performance. The camera is awesome you can click clear and sharp pictures with it. The front camera is of 5 MP so it is best for selfies. I can play Asphalt 8, Dead trigger 2, Modern combat 4, Clash of clans smoothly and without any lags. IF YOU REALLY INTERESTED IN HTC THAN GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!

Pros: Excellent Camera Slim Body with Mac finished sides Excellent for business men Even with 1gb RAM it works as fast as oneplus 2 with 4gb RAM Has Htc Make More Space which allows to move things to sdcard unlike some other phones Can take videos with front camera Cons: Less internal space Too many preinstalled apps Late updates Very sensitive to water and sweat Battery Life Overall the Htc 816 and Htc 816 g is pretty good if you are not a heavy user. Very useful if you are a camera addict. You get a charger,USB cable,Warranty , Guide Book and Earphones in the box (Although the Earphones Quality is not good)

the phone is perfect for parents and family..someone who is not in to apps bus likes big screen...good camera...and a good looking phn...flipkart delivered it in indore..in 5 days..which was fine by me...all n all a very good product...they shud introduce 1DayDilever in indore and other cities also.

Trust me..I've been using this phone for about 1 year and I and not satisfied with it. If you are a selfie lover NEVER buy this phone... I rate only 2/5 . Even if u use apps like YOUCAM PERFECT,CANDYCAM ,etc....it doesn't do any good. But Rear cam is perfect (@this price) ......HEATING is another issue...even if u are not a gamer heating is at a high level ...even if u use internet for more than 15min.....heating starts to rise.......Then battery life depends on how you use it. If u r addicted to games....I strongly recommend not to buy this....Sound quality is at its worst...poor intensity in ringtones or alarm tones........so...THESE ARE THE NEGATIVES OF THIS PHONE AND ARE 100% TRUE....IF THESE FACTORS ARE OF GREAT CONCERN ..THEN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO................thank-you.
