Nice product from a reputed brand. In 2 boxes you get the ac indoor and outdoor units along with the standard length pipes of high quality. My 4stars are only for the product. For the first time I got flipkart product without flipkart package, expected it for a costly product. The Hitachi box was bit damaged. And I didn't expect it with old R22 refrigerant. Flipkart mentioned R-410a. Also I couldn't understand what was free service (offer when I bought) . They charged around 2000 for the out door unit stand, wrapping cloth and extending pipes, of 2-3 meters. May be only the drilling was free. So if you wanna buy, extend your budget (4k more) for the outdoor unit stand, a stabiliser and extra pipes if needed for a long room. Hope this helps :)

Using this product since 1 year purchased from flipkart. Very good product at this price. Optimum chilling in very less period. Timer function, ACT and kaimin helps cut bills.

Very good product and best price from Flipkart. Although I have free installation, guys who came for installation took every attempt to extract maximum money. Used this product from last 6 months... Chilled room efficiently.

AC works well for 10x13 bedroom. Installation is also good.Power consumption wise bit cheaper. Good product at reasonable price overall

Full marks to FK for excellent delivery and follow-up. Please buy the product from flipkart or where ever, but DO not let these jeeves guys into your house. Completely unprofessional guys with no customer service and ZERO accountability They took a week to install the AC and at every point, it was very clear that their attempt was at somehow extorting additional money from the customer. One guy comes home and says core-cutting is needed to provision for taking the wires out, it will cost 1500rs. Next day someone else comes and says the demand is too high and it will now cost 2500rs for putting a hole in the wall! We get stuck with these pathetic service providers in the name of "free service" that is provided by flipkart. Instead, my 2 neighbors who bought LG AC's were sent very professional bunch of people to handle the installation and everything was completed in a single day! Flipkart - please wake up, look at these comments and give the boot to these jeeves guys. I wish I had just called Hitachi and got the "paid installation" done through them - I am sure it would have been cheaper and MUCH less stressful. I am being very gentle when I call these guys pathetic.

Awesome AC. Prompt delivery in 2 days by flipkart..but not sure why flipkart sends 3rd party guys to install but not hitachi technicians....warranty is void by Hitachi if installed by anyone else( flipkart claims to give warranty by them but buying a premium AC s to get product warranty and not seller warranty )...i called up hitachi and installed it for free ( there was offer that time for 5 star AC s) but flipkart told me its 1500 for their technicians to install...

Firstly, I would request flipkart to ensure the proper product nomenculature as per the brand to reflect easy search of the product for comparision and independent review. It took me lot of time to find out that this AC belong to Hitach ACE family. Delivery - The delivery was on time as promised. However packing was not up to the mark. Product Performance - As expected for Hitachi brand. Its best for room size ~110 Sft. Cools quickly. Haven't been able to compare the power consumption. Installation - It was done by jeeves. Few things to note thought. Jeeves team identifies the technician on the day appointment is fixed. Message usually comes by 9AM. After technicial calls and coordinates the installation activity, you loose sometime. The technician will be at your home by 11-11.30 AM. You also need to be plan for the voltage stabalizer needed, extra copper tube, wire etc. Jeeves installation technician will provide all this at extra cost as long as you tell them in advance. Even through the technician would optimistically tell the time for installation as 1 hour per AC, please plan for easily 2.5-3 hours. Eventually on installation they won't clear the mess, won't pick all the left over material or clear cartons etc. You need to do this on your own. Hope this help. The installation feedback will remain common across any A/C you buy from Flipkart.

Bought 2 units of this AC through Flipkart. One of them was damaged and changed promptly by Flipkart people. So a pleasant experience there . Now ABT the product : Pros Its effective , have been using it this summer . Hitachi service is prompt in Chandigarh, so a plus. Durability : yet to be seen . Cons : Quite loud for a split AC, BUT there is a silent mode that reduces the noise well. So pretty acceptable.

It's a good product. I am satisfied with the cooling. I gave only 3 stars because of Flipkart logistics, they are not co-operative when it comes to timing of delivery. For installation i recommend get it done from Hitachi. I got installation done the same on which i received the product. You just have to call the toll free number of Hitachi and they will provide you installation within hours.

Good Quality Product using since one week, working, price was unbeatable during sale +10 % it's amazing market price above 33500...... Delayed by delivery only expect this it's a great product.
