i have ordered this on 10th jan 2015 n got it the next day. the features are pretty good. I bought it for 19k. I am using this mobile since 10 days and found no issues to complain. coming to the performences Camera : 4.8/5 front 8mp and rear 13 mp with only single led flash. I found pics from front cam is pretty good than rear. though it is 13mp u lose clarity when u zoom it. But its good. pics in low light is not that great but manageable. selfies with front are excellent. Each pic captured in day light is around 3 to 4 mb of size. I recorded an 8min 1080p hd video which occupied 1.6gb memory. u can imagine hoe excellent the videos are. Other than low light pics there are no other complaints regarding cameras. processor and ram: 5/5 ram is 1gb where it shoes 864mb free. and its 1.2 ghz quard core processor. the operations are pretty good. and there are no hanging issues. the performance is pretty good. No games get hanged while playing Battery: 4.9/5 its a 2600 Li-ion battery which is non removable. the battery backup is pretty good. my wifi was on for the whole day i was using still i had 20% of battery remaining. so no worries about the battery. Mainly there are no heating problems while u r playing games. Its doesnt gets heated up but u'l feel a lil bit warm for a long play which is'nt a problem. Only the problem is it takes 2hrs40min to get fully charged from 0% with given htc 5volts charger speakers: 4.5/5 u got two internal stereo speakers on the top and bottom. htc desire upgraded it with boom sound.and the sound is not toooooo loud. pretty decent. the external speakers are average. Manageable. display: 4.8/5 it is a 5.5 inch display with gorilla glass3 with 267~ ppi. the display is pretty good while watching 1080p videos and looks awsome on fullscreen. there is no lagging while watching 1080p

Got this phone (not from Flipkart) a couple of days ago. The first thing that you notice on the phone is ... IT BIG. And with that much of real estate, watching videos and playing games become more fun. Amazing sound quality and call clarity. Very smooth interface and HTC blinkfeed is fun. The camera application is simple and effective and has 2 mamoth cameras on offer (13MP and 8MP) The selfies are pretty clear and crisp and HD video recording is pretty cool. The huge screen is a battery drainer, but lasts me a day and I am a moderate heavy user with over 3-4 hours of calling, and some amount of browsing, chatting n bunch of games, and with 3G on all the time. Yes the phone is a bit slippery but if used with a case, it solves the problem. And though it is made of plastic and polycarbonate, this does not feel cheap. It has the premium feel and you cant keep your hands off it :) The only downside for me was the inbox earphones. Felt cheap and utterly useless. This cost you 1 star in an otherwise flawless phone. But this should not be a major setback, as you can get decent quality earphones in 1000-2000 range. Overall, this is a great product from HTC (my first) and I am simply loving it. Great product at a great price. Go for it guys :) (PS: I did read some reviews about the phone over heating or battery not lasting 6 hrs, if this is a recurring issue, please take it to the HTC centers and they should be able to fix it as long as its under warranty and purchased from an authorized source)

htc desire 820 q is an awesome phone its camera is superb and secondary camera is 8 megapixel which is better than experia c3 which is only 5 megapixels , its graphics are stunning while playing games like asphault 8 , gt racing 2 it has amazing graphics . its music system is wow and if connected to headphones you can make yourselves deaf . it looks great and is very slim , its 5.5 inch screen is smooth and touch pad is very sensitive . i play with it for hours still it does not heats up like moto g . if your budget is below 25 thousand i recomend you to buy this insted of experia c 3 or moto g , lg g3 stylo .

First i want to give credits to flipkart for their pathetic service, the courier service used was "First flight", i would never recommend anyone to use their service. Now about the phone: i opened the box, as this was my first HTC phone i was impressed by their packaging of phone, the charger which is stylish. some points about the phone then i'm gonna tell you about the pros and cons of the phone. 1. phone is really cool looking but slippery and glossy. 2. It's slim and light weight of 155gms, which makes it a pleasure to to carry in hand. 3. though it's slim but it's feels tough when in hand despite having plastic body. Now the pro's and con's of the phone *pro's -Design -Boom speakers, which are really great. -camera(rear) is awesome with so many functions but performance is degrades when used in low light. -camera(front) is also great. -4G Con's -battery's performance is not that good -the display is not full HD which makes the user "sometimes" notice the dots in the display. -slippery, which can be avoided using cases. -headset is not that good, they should've provided the inear headset. That's it Folks :)

Hi All, I see most of the people who write Pros & Cons, which i am not good in doing that. So let me come to the point, bought this phone with my savings on 26/12/2014, was using untill 18/09/2015. This is the most stupidest phone i have used. It hangs every now and then especially when you get connected to WIFI{i dont have mobile data in my card]. There is no positives for this phone as such, bought in Dec 2104 till date there was no software updation from HTC to Lolipop. Poor processor, got fed up for past 2 months as it started to hang quiet frequently. Hence moved to Moto X Play. My humble request to all, DO NOT waste your money on this. Please. Phone accessory such as hands-free is good. Thanks William

I bet you will abandon brand like samsung if you feel the product. What to say about htc! 2nd best, next to apple. pros: 1. Awesome camera(both front & back) 2. Awesome battery and less power consumption. with its hd display of monster size, battery backup is unbelievable. 3. Awesome look, super slim, super light & premium build quality. everyone will feel like, WOWWW!!!! 4. Super fast. dont ignore it for the 1gb ram. its more than enough with my lots of apps and hd games Cons: only negative point for me is back panel is a finger print magnet! looks little bad. but if you use a back cover, its not a problem.

At this moment, I think HTC 820q is the best value for money phone because of two reasons: 1. Dual SIM 2. Supports all major 4G bands (Band 3 used by upcoming Reliance Jio and Band 40 used by Airtel) While the display is not Full HD, its till very crisp and clear. The only thing I would have wished for is Full Active Dual SIM. 820q, unlike HTC One, is dual standby and if you take a call on one SIM, the other SIM becomes deactivated. You can, of course, register with your providers to forward calls to the other SIM but then that's not full active.

avoid negative reviews, i m using mobile since 8days 1.) Amazing camera front and back 2.) No lags while browsing or playing games like asphalt 8, real racing 3 etc. 3.) Beautiful and sleek design 4.) amazing touch response so much better than the note 2 i was using( changed from samsung to HTC trust me guys you wont repent it) 5.)HTC sense 6 blink feed ..and boom sound speakers..good call quality 64 bit qualcomm snapdragon octacore best wid 2 gb ram what astounds me is htc inbuilt apps use very less ram like around 600mb rest all is free for us even after playing asphalt 8 for like 1 hr and talking on phone it handled multitasking so smoothly.. 6) Great screen with Cornila gorilla glass though

May be a good mobile but not the best at ths price..Battery back up is very very poor. Can not run smoothly if mobile is uploaded with more Apps. Camera is awesome. Sound Quality is Great...But i would suggest don't go for this one...

i bought the phone 2 days back, as i was using phone of 2100 mah battery life that was samsung grand, but this phone is having battery of 2600 mah.so i thought it would be more efficient, but it was complete disappointment. on first day of use my battery got finished in jst 6 hours, next day i switched off the htc blink feed to get more battery life but no effect, i got my battery finished in 9 hours, apart from poor battery, awesome phone excellent feachers , but no use of lots of good things without battery, samsung note 3 neo is a better option
I LOVE THIS PHONE!! it's almost same what u expected.!
