Picture Quality is awesome. I tried viewing some 4K content from YouTube and it runs perfectly fine and picture quality is flawless, stunning with amazing colors. I liked the perfect black screen, the black background is actually black in this TV. Sound is good. I do not expect it to be better than this on a flat screen TV. I am planning to get a home theater system on the money I saved on this TV !! Smart TV feature is quite good. Content on you tube plays without any buffering at all, even a 4K video runs perfectly fine. You can play videos from your phone and mirror them on TV. With Netflix starting in India, it is wonderful. WiFi is pretty good. Connects and buffers without any lag. Cons - 1. Standard remote, they could given a keyboard remote for a high end TV. 2. A bit of lag in starting up of TV. 3. Do not expect it to be slim TV.

As if we are looking for budget purchase this Vu led's I found best compare to other brands, but I will say no one take place of Sony. The display is good once u connect the HDsetup box with HDMI. Service part from Flipkart, delivery was fast n installed same day. But the technician are not Skilled. They don't explain each and every features to have best of 4k smart TV. I got delivery on 3rd Jan got installed same day.But after the guy went after installation from Flipkart, I was not able use the features. Realized that I was not fully educated. After daily calls from Flipkart, on 15 Jan I got the right technician from Vu. This gentleman from Vu explained pin to pan of this 4k smart TV. It's Awesome and has advance feature too, a Card slot which will replace the setup box in future. Advice to take demo from company person. I am Happy. It's value for money.

I was skeptical buying TV especially in higher price range though I am a regular buyer in Flipkart. I ordered through Mobile app with exchange of my old TV for Rs 1500, so I got this for Rs 48500. I ordered on Dec 19 & got it delivered by Dec 21 though the delivery was scheduled on Dec 22nd. I believe, I am the first buyer of this TV. Value for Money It plays all formats from USB drive without any lagging Excellent quality on 4K videos, really stunning Good quality when playing HD channels of Tata sky but average quality on regular channels but it depends on channel to channel. Connect Dish TV through HDMI rather than video output to get better quality. Should buy extended USB & HDMI cable though not much difficult when wall mounted. Can connect Wifi & play movie from mobiles, also can play games thro PC. All works fine After reading many reviews about Vu television, only drawback was lesser sound but I feel it is better improvement in this model including dbx sound proof, but all HD channels sound quality is good with lesser volume but have to increase the volume when switched from HD to normal channels but overall sound quality is good in this model. I am very much satisfied with Vu LEDN50K310X3D 127 cm (50) LED TV so far.

Speechless display of 4k videos for the price. Absolutely on money, Sound quality not up to the mark so I have added external speakers of Fenda- F3800X!! Now enjoying complete Ultra HD movie experience.

- I bought this product after recommendation from one of my friend and going through the review of product on Flipkart. - I ordered this one from WS retail on 2-March-2016 as exchange offer for my LG 32 inch TV and product was delivered on next day, 3-March-2016 and installation was also so quick.. thanks to Flipkart for such good service. - After installation and watching for couple of hours we found that volume is getting dropped after 15 to 30 minutes for 5-10 seconds and it will increase after that and this is with all channels. - We have tried changing HDMI cable, ports and channels as well but no improvement. - After sales/installation service is very bad even if I tried calling them everyday since 4-March-2016 no technician has visited my place and I am facing challenge in getting refund of my money. - Even though this is first time but it has been really bad experience for me. I bought this TV on 21st oct and delivered on 23rd as per scheduled. The installation was done on the same day in spite of 2 – 5 days time period. This is amazing service from flipkart and I am overwhelmed with this. I have to acknowledge it wasn’t an easy decision and faced hard time with my wife with her disapproval and on top we havent heard this brand before. We had Sony Bravia 32” for 8 years and it never had any problem until our babysitter broke the screen and replacing the screen was way too expensive. This was the reason I had to look out for new TV. During this transition, one of my friend suggested to go for VU. The same day I started looking out in different ecommerce sites. The price was quite attractive and so the features. I didn’t hold back my decision anymore. I purchased it the very next day with my wife’s CC through Flipkart. And you can imagine what I had to go through in that evening when she returned from office. I had to stay quiet and listened to all her murmurs until the TV arrived and installed. The first thing I did after the installation was to play some 4k UHD videos stored in the external hard disk. The quality was beyond my expectation. Surprisingly, I see some smile on my wife’s face. She is happy now and reconciled with my decision. Thank you Flipkart and VU for bringing joy to my family again. Keep up the good work! Paul
