As of 2019-20, it is only slightly more than value for money! Pros: 1. Beautiful display 2. IP68 water resistant 3. Dedicated DAC for headphone audio 4. Good processor, miles ahead of Chinese 5. Fast data transfer over PC Cons: 1. Poor handset speaker volume, plus no bass sound 2. Battery life is average, about little more than a day I had this phone earlier and I lost it, I bought it all over again, because I loved it! I'd still buy it over any cheap Chinese.

I first used LG V30+ back in January 2018 when it was first launched at Rs 45,000. Even at that price I didn't found a better option than this, I switched from LG G6 back then. Now in March 2020, call me a fool or what, I just ditched my OnePlus 7 Pro, mind you which is still the best handset available in early 2020, great display, silly fast but its weight plays a spoilsport, I haven't used a lighter flagship ever than LG V30+. I have zero regrets on my decision. And yes, I bought it in 2020 for Rs 13,500. A complete steal!

I bought this phone in 2019 January for using my work SIM cards. the review here is for same budget range. * AUDIO - This phone kills it, even it towers top notch flagships like iPhone X, 8 and Samsung s9, s8. This is must buy for audiophiles. The quad DAC on phone never fails to impress on speakers or headphones * CAMERA - This main 16 MP shooter does excellent job under price range however it deeply lacks HDR. LG phones always have poor HDR. however you may use Google cam and it does photo processing job. * SCREEN - 2k OLED panel, 6 inches, and a very bright one. This screen offers excellent colours and contrast. offers tough competition to galaxy note 8 and s8. * BATTERY - being 3300 mah cell, this offers excellent battery backup, better than iPhone X, galaxy note 8, s8, OnePlus 5t. * BUILD QUALITY - solidly build inspite being glass sandwich design. but seriously this glass gives Samsung's and apples glass run for money. it's very tough and scratch resistant. also a very light weight phone and comfortable to hold. * PERFORMANCE - Snapdragon 835 with 4 GB RAM does decent job and processes information swiftly. but under this budget there are various other brands that offers better performance, battery, camera so you may consider other phones as well

One should never hesitate to buy a phone based on the date it was first available in the market. I agree it is more than 2 year old phone, but we should just look at its specs. It is way ahead of its time. The specs are fantabulous even in 2020 . It can easily compete all the mobile phones in the range up to Rs.40k. I had a crush on this phone when it was released around February or March 2018. By then it was 45k. I didn't have money then. In July 2020, I am buying this with my money, without even looking at all other alternative mobiles in 2020 world. Because I know, my choice is unique and it has no replacement. The moment I unboxed this phone, I felt very nostalgic and the phone itself is a beast in all technical aspects. It is feather light and ultra slim. My biggest thanks must go to Flipkart, just for the reason they are still selling the phone which was almost 3 years old and delivering a perfectly working piece with no defects. Flipkart is selling the South Korean unit, so we will get B&O headphones too. Though it is manufactured in SK, it is intended for India, so we'll get all the proper warranty papers. The headphones unlike others say, is a very premium and correctly designed one, so we will get all the nuances of a music. The phone's last android upgrade is 9, which is more than enough to run the phone for almost 6 years further. That's enough actually for everyone. Perfect Mobile for music due to its Hi-Fi Quad DAC... Display is crisp and clear as its OLED Display gives perfect pictures... Camera clicks perfect images and due to it ultrawide angle camera we can have some more options in pictures as well as in video... due to its RAM management and Snapdragon 835 processor there is very minimal raise in temperature and battery drainage is very low... pUBG mobile can be played smoothly in HDR graphics and in Ultra framerate... and Thanks to Flipkart to providing the B&O version of LG v30 Plus...

It was an underrated phone..but trust me its an excellent phone with great features like wide angle camera..128gb storage..water proof..fast charging..light weight..quad hd display..nfc..and lots of other hidden features..

1) This mobiles comes Android 8.0 out of the box 2) it is indian retail unit with b&o symbol and b&o headphones also included in the box 3)ram is 4gb only, but makes work done. For heavy gaming it will not be disappointing as it has flagship processor snapdragon 835. 4)camera is awesome(the best) with optical image stabilization and eis. =}it support object tracking, means it can keep it's focus even though object is moving. Front camera is OK. 5)sound output through down firing speaker is loud enough and 75% equal to Asus stereo speakers. 6)music through headphones is AWESOME as it supports 32bit hi-fi quadac 7)screen is 6 inch with hdr 10 display support 8)screen is curved at the edges like Samsung s7 edge, but not that much heavily. 9) ample storage 128gb 10)it support lg knock code, means double tap to sleep or wakeup. 11)full glass body with corning gorilla glass on both sides(thanks LG) 12) power button and finger print sensor are embaded in single button ,which is on its back 13)if you are a heavy gamer, ram will try to make it slow, but processor will push it. 14)it support lg themes , you can download if you want 15)it has always on display like Samsung 16)we can change fonts if we like. 17)it give manual controles on vedio too. 18)comes with usb type-c port, along with fast charger 19) out of the box ram is 2gb free 20)it support ip 68, dust and water resistant 21)as it is last year's flagship, it has everything you look for. 22)it has 3300 mah battery, which give you full day juice. NOTE : To make it more smooth, need to make few changes in settings like reducing Window animation scale & deleting unnecessary apps which are pre loaded and some bloatware is uninstallable, so they can be force stop. i made these changes and working soo smoothly. Flipkart delivered it in three days, very fast.

This phone is very premium and I absolutely love its camera capabilities. Also it is a feature rich phone. Money well spent.
