nice product. tray in outside for onion etc very useful. even though inbuilt stabilizer we need external stabilizer for over current fluctuation

I had placed order for this product on 27th Feb 2015 and the product was delivery to me on 3rd March 2015. On delivery of the product, i have noticed that temperature controlling unit inside the fridge was crossly mounted by the manufacturer, because of it first rake shelve couldn't able to use. Secondly, the sixth sense ice fast forwarding technology knob was missing which is the main feature of this model. The gross capacity is 245L, storage capacity 230L as per the specification given in flipkart as well as whirlpool website.But the product received which has the labeling 230L Gross, storage capacity 218L. Please think twice before placing order for this product as the specification is not as described by flipkart. Flipkart haven't responded well for the complaint and also rejected the return request. ***Got replacement for the defective product on 11th March 2015, but the replaced product also doesn't have the feature of 6th sense fast ice forward feature. Do any one have received this product with 6th sense fast forward extra knob for 30% faster ice???? Please share the views...

I received the product by next day of order. fridge is an old model actually 5* BEE rating. which is good. but I received defective model. defect was in the tray at bottom of outside the fridge. I just called to Whirlpool customer care they provided free demo and installation where there engineer found this defect and raised a replacement of fridge to whirlpool. now waiting for replacement hope will get it soon. Other wise I will raise return to flipkart within timeline.
