Pls replace my laptop.You have mentioned that if the product is faulty u will replace it...I had complained about the product the day I received it.Now instead of replacing u want me to have concalls after concalls with the Dell team.I can't leave my work and have so many concalls...if these things are required for replacement pls mention it.I would have bought it from electronic shop where I can at least have 1st check before buying the product.I have bought products worth 60k In your Big Billion day thinking you are Indian company and I should give preference but it's turning out to be very very Bad experience.Pls suggest a way out.I don't want to loose my 30k that I spend on the laptop.

Don't buy this. Flipkart will make a fool of you. They will not give you genuine product. I bought this 4 months back and the keypad ppti no. is not matching with the laptop unique no. I complained to flipkart and they are not taking any response. So I recommend don't buy this.

Very good product. Got at Rs 28000. 2000rs cashback by using Axis bank Debit Card. Sound is bit okay. All over the product is good,comes with windows10 and MS Office Pre Installed. This is the plus point of DELL. HP does'nt give MS Office Pre installed at this price range. Also got the Diwali offer of extending warrenty at INR 999 for 2years. And the delivery was very Fast. And 14inch is compatable than 15.6 inch. Battery backup is good.

I brought this laptop because I already have a dell latitude and I'm very impressed by it. By its looks it's performance it's sturdiness everything. I still pride on my Dell latitude. I brought this inspiron for my child with the same assumptions. But I'm really disappointed by it. Simply putting this inspiron was a dampner. Never felt like its from dell. 1. This laptop is pathetically slow. Not sure if Windows 10 can run on i3 4GB machine. Even with minimum applications running the memory consumption shows 90% the HDD use 90% processor utilisation 90% . 2.The build is not as great as my Dell latitude. The plastic is cheap. The finishing is okay. 3. Not worth spending 30k for this. Look for better alternatives if possible. I haven't yet figured out the problem is with Dell inspiron or Windows 10 on i3 4GB. whatever be the case Dell should not put such piece on their portfolio and earn bad name for their brand.

The product is faulty the mouse pad hangs and the system also the laptop is slow from the very same day.This people have give me a refurbished Laptop the OS was installed some where in July 2016 and they sold me the laptop in March 2017 claiming it is new , these people are really cheats they will replace only if the laptop is dead otherwise you are purely cheated forget the refund you will have to run to pillar to post

This is my first DELL laptop. overall laptop body is very strong & good finish. keyboard is very smooth & easy for typing with fast speed. screen is very nice. picture quality is very fine u can work in light or outside no reflection due to anti glare screen and it is good for eye. 4gb ddr4ram & 1tb hdd is good for this price. i get this laptop with exchange offer (4000rs.), bank 10%discount (1500rs) , free logitech wireless mouse (745rs) , free ms office (6000rs) so its big deal for me with great product. i replace hdd & upgrade with samsung evo 850 250gb ssd .speed is blazing fast . in just 10 sec windows start. 1tb hdd use as a external storage. in future i want add 4gb ram more as per my need. 14inch laptop is good for handling & for travel. ms office activation is very easy , windows 10 is very genuine. so guys dont wait go for it with best brand.

Iam reviewing this after using this laptop for 21 days. I am 90% satisfied with this product. Many of the buyers mentioned that the usb ports are too tight, i also felt the same. The two usb ports on the left side a little tight than usual ports but the other one on the right side works just fine. But you can ignore that because it doesn't posses much problem for me so far. About the speed, speed is average which is also ok with me. I won't refer it as 'slow' but it could have better. It all gets my work done. About the touchpad, i also felt that it doesn't work sometime but anyway I don't like touchpad so I have a usb mouse.
