First of all dont care for those negative reviews.. its a very very good laptop for everyday light uses.All you need to do is to follow these easy steps- 1. Install any windows OS using a DVD. (I have done windows 7 ultimate) 2. Get all the drivers (choose your own windows OS from the options before downloading) from HP website in a DVD. 3. Install each and every driver in the laptop from the DVD. Your laptop is ready to use. Mine is working smooth with windows 7 ultimate. So if you have a budget of 20k, just go for it.

The best budget laptop, that i discovered over the internet recently. Thanks to Flipkart for the special Rs.2000 discount offer, thus making the product available only at Rs.17,990. PROS: This model has got all the proper necessities to carry on educational/official works, quite comfortably. I personally feel that the audio output is enough of a treat at this low price. Plus this also got an ethernet port and a HDMI port. Go for Win-8.1 x64, as the 4GB RAM would greet you wonderfully with this. CON: The mousepad buttons are a bit tough presser. (Not much a problem though) Lastly, I would like to add that the packing done by Flipkart was wonderful. Thank You.

For this amount, it is more worth and clarity is awesome. 4GB RAM shows itself a good process speed....overall can go for it with full hope..

It is a very good laptop in this price range. usually there is no other laptop available in the market with 4 gb ram. the laptop runs smoothly on windows 7 but it is bit difficult to install drivers for this laptop. overall it's a good product with 4 gb ram and dual core celeron processor

Superb product from HP and fast delivery action from Flipkart . at first I was double minded on seeing the negative reviews . but now I am much happy about this product . Only os and drive CD is not available with this pack kindly provide driver and os CD . this product is simply superbbbbbð???

Good Laptop for 20k. Best battery Backup for this price segment. Performance centric,great camera also. I would like to recommend this product for all those who are looking for a budget laptop device.

Please do not Buy this laptop... It is very difficult to install OS plus very difficult to get the drivers.. Also I am getting lots of trouble with installing many software... Buying this will really frustrate you.

this laptop keyboard is different.u have to install windows 8 onwards in it.u will not find any property keyboard near alt and ctrl button.so one has to install windows 8 in laptop. Difficult to get bluetooth and wifi drivers.still also i am searching.HP support team told me that will help installing via remote but it needs data/broadband connectvity.laptop is good but driver installation is very very difficuly.i havve already waste 1 day in insstalling from hp website but none works.all bluetooth and wifi drivers broadcomm and realtek are not working. if u buy this and u r not a technical person then u will suffer for sure.for blueooth and wifi drivers ask any of ur friends they migh help..be ready to get the headache afetr buying this.

U can go for this laptop, if u have less money. laptop size is perfect,supports windows 7 to use your legacy softwares only problem with camera quality but its still worth buying Battery backup upto 2 hrs.
