This is quite a steal for such specs. The built of the laptop is pretty good, the display is HD and the graphic is 4gb. So it’s pretty good. The battery life is better than what I had expected, it can easily last 5-6 hours. The laptop even looks like a MacBook from an angle.

Laptop performed well as claimed.i5 processor and SSD really make any task faster.Besides being thin and light,it looks decent too.Only con is its button should be bit bigger and letter prints on keypad should be more brighter.Worth n luck if get around 50k

warranty in dell site was showing less than 1 year. But after complaints, it is solved and now warranty is perfect. I hope the windows license is also for life time.. though it is not showing any time limit. I have got office 19 for installation and it should be a lifetime licensed. Thank you. I request seller to please confirm me for lifetime windows and office license. macaffe for 15 months which can be used in laptop and mobile too. Let's hope it will help other customers. Product received in excellent condition though the bigger box which contained the laptop box was damaged in transit, there were sufficient protection using air packets and bubble wraps..laptop box was undamaged..thumbs up for seller Retailnet for packaging...the product is too new for reviewing, seems good while using it..got the specs as given in product speca, i have activated the dell warranty, and the os has the token for office 2016 activation, need to create a microsoft account for activating ..will update after few weeks of usage..battery life is around 5 hrs in my usage..

it's a very good laptop with best configuration in segment from good company. for pricing if you don't need it very urgently then wait for some offer, you can get it bit cheaper. after buying this you will not be disappointed.

The laptop is good. I am not a tech savvy person so can't tell much about. But something that I can surely point out are: 1). It gets heated after a while 2). It sometimes lags and mouse-pad also at times. 3). The memory is less as you all know but after software et.al. gets installed, you are left with only 184 GB free of 224 GB. I have installed only Teams due to work. Others are pre-installed. So, have an extra external drive if you want to keep a lot of things. 4). The MSOffice is installed but not activated. Follow the instructions shown in the product information and you're good to go. I bought it specifically for this as I use it a lot. 5). It's good for college, office goers, teachers like me and others who doesn't dabble with other things. Artists, musicians, gamers, need to dig more info of this device to use it better or not at all. That's all!

Have been using the Laptop for 3 months, and has been great so far. As for the Design - its sleek with a perfect finishing. The 256 SSD card makes it boot quickly and file transfer rate is also great. Works really fine with the 8GB of RAM - Installed 3 Operating Systems in VMWare, and seems to work without any lag. Overall, a big thumbs up for this product!
