As always, Flipkart was very prompt in the delivery part and the order was delivered within 24 hours. The washing machine is good one with all the different types of washing quality available. I recommend this product to everyone .

This review is based on after using the machine 3-4 times. Bought this machine from flipkart in 17K during offer period. whereas other stores were selling the same machine in 20K. Flipkart delivery and Installation was quick. Got it delivered on next day of Order. Installing took place in just one day and Installation guy brought stand and Cover for this machine which is not Included in the price. I paid 1300 rupees extra for both stand and cover. Overall I am quite happy with Flipkart delivery process. Now lets come to washing quality- I have used it 3-4 times and I am happy with the washing quality so far. Few observation : JET SPRAY: Only works during Aqua and Eco Wash that too for 5-10 seconds. Looks like it's LG selling & marketing strategy. Don't see any difference in washing quality during Aqua/Eco mode and other mode. SMART DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM: Haven't used so far. Installation guy was not very sure about this functionality and said APP to use this functionality doesn't work.I haven't used it so far so can;t comment any thing about this system. Cons: LG website says " Extended Warranty : 60 Months for Compressor from Date of purchase" whereas in flipkart it's mentioned 2 years so not sure which is correct. I believe other brand offers 10 years warranty. Thanks, Abhi

This is really a a very nice product. I upgraded from a semi-automatic to this. 6.5 kg actually helps in washing a weeks laundry at once. Fuzzy logic programme is good when you are confused about which program to choose.I also liked the delay function. Yet to try the air dry function. Overall a definite recommendation if you are looking something which is value for money. About the delivery and installation- It was great, product was delivered within 24 hours and Flipkart sent regular updates till it is delivered and installed. It was a delight and I almost forgot my previous bad experience.

Alright, i never write reviews but this little product has forced me to do this..!! It's been 6 months of the purchase and must say, this is one of 'the' machines which does the job as required. It's my mother who operates this washing machine and i thought it would be difficult for me to make her understand all the functions. But voila, its been so easy doing it. This means that the control panel is neat and easy to understand. Importantly, it is possible to wash 20-22 clothes in it with ease and the cleaning is just perfect. Pros: 1. No non-sense design. Easy to understand. 2. Has wheels 3. Jet-spray tech does live up to the expectations 4. It follows a soak-wash-drain-rinse-drain-dry cycle, which means your clothes can be rinsed properly after the wash. 5. The water inlet speed in my society is very slow, but this machine allows me to pour buckets of water while it is drawing water from the tap. (I do this to cut short the fill cycle) Cons: 1. The detergent dispenser could have been more inward. 2. Water drawer from the tap could have a larger face (so as to draw more water) and reduce the fill cycle. 3. Drain outlet could have been slightly up. Go ahead with the purchase without any fears.It does what it is created to do. Mihir.

I received machine with good packing and installation done on the next day.product performance is good.the person whom installed is not much aware about the all Funtional to explain all the during the demo.i am using it last two days working it fine.lets see performance for some time I will update later.second thing the machine jet spray system. Works based on inlet water pressure.if high pressure water may work fine.mine company twinship common water supply line jet spray was not much effective.but over all effectiveness of machine is good.any thanks for Flipkart on taking feedback on every stag and update on tracking is good.

Great Silent Product from LG Pros- 1. 4-5 thousand less than market shops 2. Great Packing and Delivery from WS Retail Seller 3. Very Silent, no noise during wash Cons- 1. Installation from LG was slight delayed(No fault from Flipkart) 2. The Demo Person from LG didnt had enough knowledge of showing the different features of the product and suggested to refer user manual or product.(No Fault from Flipkart)

Worst product.....I it's stopped working in 3 months and in warranty process The mechanic takes 500 every time when he comes to repair. I have repaired it more then 3 times and then also not working properly....

I bought this washing machine few months back which got delivered within a day thanks to Flipkart. Aesthetically washing machine is good and have all the required features that are common these days. But there is a serious problem with the lint. All my clothes have started to develope lint after washing. i tried different washing powders but all went in vein. So be careful before you buy this product.
