Product is so nice, well packaged, fast delivery, but don't go for Jeeva's installation process, they are unprofessional, for installation contact Hitachi customer care, installation is free.

This an awesome air condition with enthralling looks! With respect to cooling,the brand name Hitachi says it all.It cools my 12×12 room within 5 min.The only con which could if be considered as a drawback is lack of screen at the indoor unit of the AC.Its a 3 star ac yet its relatively power efficient with full copper condenser,which is hardly available at 26k..The remote is backlit and does the job satisfactorily.Undoubtedly it's one of the best 1 ton ac...the Installation was done by jeeves team who were masters of their jjob...thank you flipkart for providing such an amazing deal...

excellent ac for small bed room

After weeks of search online I decided to go for Hitachi 1TON AC as it comes almost in the same category after O general and Daikin. Flipkart delivered it on the day promised and was installed the very next day by Hitachi Installation people. They only charged the standard installation charge 451 rupees that was promised by flipkart. Any accessory that would not come with the AC would be charged extra. Some of the Pros and Cons i observed: Pros: 1) Hitachi Ac's are among the best 2) Cools within couple of mins with the quick cool function 3) The kaimin function is best while sleeping. The AC automatically increases temp after every hour 4)The looks are not bad either, the sleek silver border makes it look classy. Cons: 1) Hitachi should really consider to put temp display on the indoor unit, it lags behind on this from other Ac's 2)The remote has backlight but the quality could have been a bit better.

Excellent and 5 stars for the product performance. From Last one year I am using this product . It is working well and Good product from Hitachi. Bad and Zero stars for Jeeves installation. Do not install the product using Jeeves technician. Hope flipkart will opt some other , instead of Jeeves Last two days back, I had purchased Hitachi Inverter model Ac from Flipkart . Flipkart deliver it in right time (except small issue with flipkart courier truck driver). Regarding Product performance , from last two days Ac is working well and will update Product performance later. Hope it will work well in future also. Be ready to face the installation issues and loss of more money for installation, if you buy Ac from online. Flip kart proposed Jeeves consulting services are not up to expectation. Jeeves will arrange local technicians from your area to fix the AC , who do not have knowledge at all and were completely money minded. Technician attended for ac installation , Charged more for installation , than said value as per Jeeves website . For standard installation they taken Rs 1500 from me (Stabiliser not yet installed ) , Rs 450 for stand installation and Rupees 400 for standard service charges (Total 2400 rupees collected from). They damaged my house wiring by drilling a big hole in the wall than the required. They left the balance work to me and left. I had engaged a private electrician and finished the balance work on additional cost (Rs 2000 - additional burden for me). Bill also not given. Really it is bad experience with Jeeves consulting. Hope flipkart will understand the issues and take necessary action such that it will not repeated with other customer in future. (If we purchase Ac from a shop / dealer means they will provide free installation , these type of issues will take care by them .)
