Using the product only for the last one week. So cannot comment on the product quality with authenticity. However, i advise anyone to buy from a local store. The problem lies with the service of MarQ. I felt flipkart either does not have the manpower or capability to run a private label. The installation process itself was very stressful and it scares me to think what happens if there would be a complaint . For me, flipkart delivered on time and that's it. No-one came for installation for a week. Numerous calls to flipkart customer center brought the same reply that it would take them one week to look into the issue and decide on an installation date. Imagine the product lying in your work area for 2 weeks and you cannot return it or order from a local store, because you already made a mistake by buying a private label (MarQ) instead of a proper Washing machine like an Onida or whirpool. Installations are outsourced to a separate team and they have no clue about your product or purchase. So, order through Flipkart, if you wan to experiment and have extra store rooms to keep these boxes for months without use. If installations are that bad, think about their warranty service. I believe that is non-existent

good washing machine comes with 2 years warranty but also buy jeeves 2 years warranty so u get 4 years life out of the machine. i had a bad expreience with another machine after one year and warranty had passed.but now i bought addisonal coverage so i dont get excuses of service guy for 4 years and nor from my wife "when the machine be fixed" .value for money.
