Flipcart delivery is awesome, I got the delivery by 24hours, even installation was scheduled next day of delivery which was really good, however I was really unhappy with the installation, coz the technician was not capable, he took around 5 hours for a simple installation n he was struggling with demo, I suggest Godrej should hire good technicians, apart from Installation product is good, yet to test the same for more days...

Giving review after 1 month of usage. Positive: 1. Value for money. 2. Cooling is good. 3. Energy efficient. Negative: 1. Fan is noisy. 2. You cannot change fan speed in variable modes, the fan runs at the highest speed which is irritating. You can see in the remote the speed is changing but actually the fan will run at the highest speed.

THIS AC TURNS MY 160 SQ FT ROOM CHILLED COOL VERY FAST. JUST SET THE TEMPERATURE OF THIS AC AT 27°C IN HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS LIKE 41°c & YOU WILL FEEL VERY NICE ACCORDING TO MY OBSERVATION . COOLING IS WAY BETTER THAN MANY OTHER AC BRANDS. NEARLY SILENT OPERATION. FLIPKART SERVICE IS AWESOME. DELIVERY DONE BEFORE SCHEDULE DATE. INSTALLATION DONE BY GODREJ WAS SMOOTH ALSO.

Review after 2 days of use - Delivery was perfect - Installation was disappointing due to unprofessional behaviour of technician - Look & appearance is nice - Overall Cooling is ok - Running sound is very high and a matter of disturbance to guests as the same is installed in my drawing room (compared to other AC installed in my flat Bluestar/voltas) - lowest temp at AC air delivery point noted as 12degree after 2.15hrs of continuous run at 20 degree setting temp.

The ac is quite new and there were not many reviews of this model. Although the company is not new they are new in the ac division. I bought this product because it was 2019 model. Almost all tmother options were old and used old refrigerant r22/r410a. This one used new environment friendly refrigerant r32. PROS: 1. VERY FAST COLLING 2. ELEGANT DESIGN 3. IT SHOWS ROOM TEMP AS WELL. 4. THE OUTDOOR UNIT IS NICE AND COMPACT (JUST 9.5 INCHES THICK) 5. OUTSTANDING INSTALLATION SERVICE. CONS: DID NOT FIND ANY AS OF NOW The installation service was really nice. There was some work going on in my house so they came and drilled hole in the wall and asked me to call them once the painting is done. The equipments given to them by godrej are of good quality as compared to the Voltas (my neighbors have voltas ac) Later they came again and installed the ac properly. They were very polite and did everything very nicely. 10 feet copper pipe is provided in the box. It costed me a total of rs. 2350 for installation. Basic installation cost - 825 rs. Extra copper pipe (250rs. Per feet) = 250*6 = 1500 rs. Overall I am very happy with the product and service as well. Good job godrej.

Excellent cooling. No doubt one of the best in the market. Although the installation was not smooth but full marks to the product.

If you care enough about yourselves and your peace of mind, believe me, do not buy any godrej product. The guys are just worse when it comes to delivery and servicing. I bought this AC and since 5 days I have been waiting for installation of the same, but seems like nobody in the company seems to bother about it. Each day a new time and commitment but by the end of the day, they end up giving excuses as to why they could not come for installation. Today they took 3 hours 45 mins to travel a distance of 2 kms, and finally ended up saying, "Its too late today, do whatever you want to do, we don't care. Your installation would be done next week now." They might be good at making product, but that comes when they make the customer use the product, in mostly cases, they frustate the customer to an extent that someone would promise not to buy any product from the company ever again.! Pros: Good Price (Buy a Kenstar AC guys, at least they get the installation done on time and products are of similar price)- You wont get to use the Godrej product in summers cuz it would never be installed.!! Cons: Endless.!
