I was confused by reading many reviews that it vibrates a lot. The proper installation matters. I was sceptical to buy stand as i read in many places that it vibrates if stand is used. I hv expressed this concern to the lg engineer. He said the vibration is for old model and this model doesn't vibrate as Lg rectified that issue. I must say that he is right there. The LG engineer installed it perfectly due to which none can hear any kind of noise or vibration even if we go closer. Lg person has agreed to accept the return of the stand in case of any vibration. I surely dnt hv to return it after experiencing the final outcome. It is working perfect without any vibration or noise even with stand. The cover provided looks like cloth, but it has water proof layer inside, so worth spending 500 for the cover. Washing machine has awesome wash quality and features. Many customized programs can be downloaded and used using Thinq app, which seems very useful and convenient. Only downside is, it can connect only to 2.5ghz router band (not 5 ghz which is very common nw). Overall, great machine to purchase. Well done LG.. No chance to rethink buyers.. GO FOR IT..

Overall satisfied with the performance. Vibrates at higher spin speeds due to which it can get displaced from it's original position. Placed yoga mat cut out under the washing machine feet for damping vibration as per suggestion from authorized LG service engineer who came for demo. Now it's completely stable and doesn't move at all.

Got damaged and jumping washing machine. water coming out from front door, heavy noise and jumping. complained 2 times to LG customer care 3 engineer visit, 4 month no solution. Still waiting and still following DONT KNOW WHEN THE SOLUTION WILL COME OR NEVER COME. Waste of 33,000 rupees. Really suffering with this machine.

Machine vibrating heavely.

Over all experience was good, but person who came for installation and demo his behaviour was not good he came unboxing machine than saying like call plumber for fitting pipe its not my job work and plumber came he started machine and sayinng like done my demo only he started power button nothing he teach us in demo overall product is worth for money but installation and demo experience totaly bad ..

Very nice product, but expensive for these features. You can get products of IFB and BOSCH with same specs for lesser price. Overall nice. But don't buy stand for this model. If u keep this on stand it will shake, so don't buy stand. You can keep the machine on a flat surface for silent and shake free experience.
