Good product... Whirlpool is the only brand which is making top load machines with inbuilt heater option. Don't load the machine with too many clothes... As recommended one and half cup washing powder is not needed. One cup is more than enough...

Delivery of the product was pretty fast but the Demo was pathetic. Communication was not at all good of the guys coming for Installation and demo. They hardly told anything other than the printed programs on the product.

Machine is working good and no issues. Hope same continues. Extended warranty 2 + 2 years (Total 4 years) available on payment of 3000. Better option to stay relaxed for next 4 years.

The machine is very good and easy to use. Purchased from local shop got 2k less... it clean clothes nicely. Various Washing mode Options are there to choose from. It also has hot water provision for stain wash. Must have product for home use.
